Russian River at Guernville in Sonoma Co. exceeded Flood level of 32 feet. The Napa river at Napa began flooding at 03:45 AM. Napa county is in our realigned zones. 4 to 6 inches of rain fell over this area in 24 hours. Many instances of small stream flooding and mudslides were reported.
