Widespread flooding of streams and rivers. Most rivers were still rising as the year ended. Some of the streams and rivers that flooded were: Janes Creek, Deans Creek, Klamath River at Turwar, Van Duzen River at Grizzly Creek, Eel River at Fernbridge and Eel River near Scotia. Damage estimates will be included in January 1997 totals.
