Pacific storm brought widespread high winds to the Bay Area. Rainfall was generally less than an inch but the soil was saturated so many trees were blown down. Power outages occurred at 87,500 customers. There was urban street and highway flooding. two major Cable TV providers were knocked off line by the storm.
