Severe thunderstorms moved into the Upstate from Georgia. The storms diminished in intensity somewhat as they moved into South Carolina. Northeast of Walhalla a woman was injured when her mobile home was blown off its foundation. Garden supplies and fixtures were damaged by the wind west of Pickens.
