Hail, up to 1.25 inch in diameter and reported as soft and slushy, accumulated to six inches deep in 15 minutes. Many streets were closed for an hour or more due to flooding caused by heavy rain and melting hail stones. No significant structural damage had been reported, however some trees were stripped of their leaves.
