Thunderstorm wind caused damage across the northern section of Lake Martin in the area from south of Alexander City to southeast of Alexander City including the communities of Our Town and Walnut Hill. About 4,200 electric customers were without power as power lines and trees came down. Damage was reported as extensive at Chuck's Marina on the east side of Lake Martin.

Trees fell on two houses.
