A waterspout was observed by several people over Lake Francis. When it made landfall it uprooted and snapped off several trees.

Numerous large trees and power lines were reported down in Colebrook.

Hundreds of trees in the Pittsburg area were blown over or snapped off including a "swath over a hundred yards wide." Also destroyed were a fence and an above ground pool. One person suffered injuries due to a fallen tree.
