Earthquake was felt strongly in Orellana, Napo, Pastaza, Tungurahua, Morona Santiago y Chimborazo. As a result of the earthquake the death of a 12 year old child was confirmed due to a wall collapse at a house in neighborhood of Huamboya.(reference #12032)
