Felt at Hakodate and Sapporo, Hokkaido and at Hachinohe, Hitachi, Morioka, Sendai, Tokyo and Wakuya, Honshu. Recorded (4 JMA) in eastern Hokkaido. Complex earthquake, with at least two events occurring about 9 seconds apart. Depth based on first event. (reference #1053)
