At least 31 people were reported injured in a 5.2 magnitude earthquake that hit Bukidnon province in southern Philippines late Monday... Around 23 houses sustained damages. Initial reports said at least three shopping centers sustained minor damages... Electricity was restored at around 7:00 p.m. Monday after a blackout occurred right after the quake, according to a bulletin issued by the National Disaster Center authorities. No deaths were reported so far. (reference #9628)
