1990, Dec. 1. Approximately 3,800 people homeless, 1,108
houses and 10 schools damaged (VI) in the Uzgen area. One hundred kilometers of roads were impaired in the epicentral area. Felt (V) at Dzhalal-Abad; (IV) at Osh and Namangan; (III) at Fergana, Andizhan and Alma-Ata; (II) at Tashkent. Also felt at Frunze. (reference #1053)
