The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  North Central Pima County in southeastern Arizona...

* Until 100 PM MST.

* At 807 AM MST, local law enforcement reported cars stuck along
  Brawley Wash and the Brawley Wash stream gauge near Three Points is
  currently at 12.59 feet. Brawley Wash at Milewide Road is
  forecasted to reach 4.59 feet by 10 AM. This is runoff from last
  night's thunderstorms and flash flooding is already occurring.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Runoff from thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement reported and stream gauges.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Roads and
           structures immediately near Brawley Wash may be at risk of
           flooding.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Three Points and Picture Rocks.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM MST THIS
AFTERNOON FOR NORTH CENTRAL PIMA COUNTY...

At 1051 AM MST, local law enforcement reported cars stuck along
Brawley Wash earlier this morning. Gauge readings at Three Points and
Milewide Rd are both decreasing, but flash flooding along the wash is
still a threat. This is runoff from last night's thunderstorms and
flash flooding is already occurring.

         producing flash flooding.
