THROUGH 200 AM EDT...

At 112 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Pellettown, or 8 miles northeast of Newton, moving northeast at 25
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
