Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

Periods of showers and thunderstorms are expected through this
evening. TSome storms could be strong to severe, with damaging
winds being the primary threat. An isolated tornado cannot be
ruled out in the southern Tennessee Valley. Localized flash
flooding may also occur where storms repeatedly track over the
same area.
