.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

A Red Flag Warning has been issued for eastern Colorado today. Winds
up to 45 MPH and dry conditions may lead to rapid fire growth. A
Fire Weather Watch is also in effect for Wednesday afternoon.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect until 9 PM MT this evening.
Thunderstorms this afternoon and evening may produce winds up to 60
MPH, 1 inch hail, blowing dust and localized dust storms, primarily
in the mid- afternoon.

A Fire Weather Watch is in effect Wednesday afternoon and evening for

evening. Thunderstorms this afternoon and evening may produce winds
up to 80 MPH, 2 inch hail, blowing dust and localized dust storms.
Storms will start in eastern Colorado in the mid afternoon and
quickly move to the northeast.

Thunderstorms Wednesday night may produce large hail and damaging
winds between 9 PM and 3 AM CT, mainly in southwest Nebraska.
