Keokuk, southeastern Iowa, Washington, northwestern Van Buren, west
central Louisa, Jefferson and southwestern Johnson Counties through
145 AM CDT...

At 102 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Delta to near Richland to near Stockport.
Movement was northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and minor flooding.

IMPACT...Strong winds could break tree limbs, knock down weak trees
         and blow around unsecured objects. Slowing or redirecting
