The National Weather Service in Miami has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  South central Miami-Dade County in southeastern Florida...

* Until 400 AM EDT.

* At 337 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 8 miles south of Royal Palm Ranger, or 15 miles
  northwest of Jewfish Creek Bridge, moving north at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Royal Palm Ranger.

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a

CENTRAL MIAMI-DADE COUNTY...

At 348 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Royal Palm Ranger, or 11 miles south of Homestead
General Airport, moving north at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.
