COUNTIES THROUGH 345 AM CDT...

At 320 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from White Earth Nation to near Elizabeth to near
Immanuel Church. Movement was southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Fergus Falls, Detroit Lakes, Breckenridge, Barnesville, Pelican
Rapids, southwestern Ottertail Lake, and Hawley.

This includes Interstate 94 in Minnesota between mile markers 22 and
78.
