  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of 
  rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

EVENING FOR SOUTH CENTRAL BUCKS, EAST CENTRAL MONTGOMERY, AND 
NORTHEASTERN PHILADELPHIA COUNTIES...

At 800 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the heavy was coming to an 
end. But flooding still persisted. Flash flooding was reported in 
Bensalem and Abington. The Pennypack Creek and Poqueesing Creeks 
were both out of their banks.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
