...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Pennsylvania...including the 
  following counties...Montgomery and Philadelphia.

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 614 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned
    area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
  - For Wissahickon Creek at Wissahickon:
    At 5:00am the stage was 5.2 feet.
    Flood Stage is 5 feet.
  - This includes the following highways...
    Interstate 76 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 337 and
    340.
