...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of Goodhue, southwestern
Pepin and southeastern Pierce Counties through 245 AM CDT...

At 212 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Red Wing to near Wanamingo to 6 miles
northeast of Medford. Movement was southeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Red Wing and Bay City around 220 AM CDT.
  Zumbrota around 225 AM CDT.
  Pine Island and Frontenac around 230 AM CDT.

Other locations in the path of these storms include Stockholm and
Pepin.

This includes U.S. Highway 61 between mile markers 82 and 101.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for
south central and southeastern Minnesota.
