The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Baldwin County in southwestern Alabama...
  South Central Escambia County in northwestern Florida...
  Southern Santa Rosa County in northwestern Florida...

* Until 1015 AM CDT.

* At 709 AM CDT, Local emergency management has reported significant 
  flooding from overnight rainfall across the warned area. Between 6 
  and 12 inches of rain with local areas up to 16 inches have fallen 
  overnight. New thunderstorms moving into the area will produce 
  additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 5 inches in the warned area. 
  Flash flooding is already occurring and will be renewed with the 
  additional heavy rainfall.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement reported significant flooding already
           from overnight excessive rainfall.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

  Pensacola, Ferry Pass, Brent, West Pensacola, Ensley, Warrington, 
  Gonzalez, Foley, Gulf Breeze, Orange Beach, Goulding, Robertsdale, 
  Loxley, Lillian, Myrtle Grove, Magnolia Springs, Oriole Beach, 
  Navarre, Summerdale and Silverhill.
