Locally heavier bands of snow may develop across portions of east central and southeast Wyoming into the Panhandle. One to three inches of snow is possible. Gusty northwest winds up to 40 MPH will create blowing snow and low visibility at times. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY Gusty west winds of 40 to 50 MPH will be possible Thursday through Friday. A High Wind Watch is in effect for the Central Laramie Range and Southwest Platte County, the South Laramie Range and South Laramie Range Foothills from 11 AM Thursday to 2 AM Friday. Winds will be sustained west at 35 to 45 MPH with gusts up to 65 MPH possible.
