...Runoff will lead to minor flooding along the North Branch of the
Park River in Hartford through 515 AM EST...

At 355 AM EST, River gauge at North Branch of the Park River reports
river level of 7.15 feet and continues to rise. Minor flood stage is
8.0 feet. The river level may continue to rise during the next 1 to
2 hours, creating minor flooding.

HAZARD...Minor flooding.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...In addition to minor nuisance flooding of typically flood
         prone areas. At 8.0 feet lowland flooding will occur along
         the North Branch of the Park River. Portions of the
         University of Hartford campus parking lots along the river
         will become flooded. Action must be taken now to protect
         cars in these lots. Never try to cross a flooded roadway as
         the roadway may be damaged or washed out.
