This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central Louisiana, south
central Louisiana, southwest Louisiana, west central Louisiana and
southeast Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

A frigid airmass will arrive in the area Thursday afternoon. Very
cold conditions with low wind chills and multiple nights of hard
freezes are expected. These conditions will be life threatening to those
exposed for more than a few minutes if inadequately clothed. In
addition to the bitter cold, strong gusty winds will occur Friday.

...GALE WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH FRIDAY
MORNING...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Gulf of Mexico and the
coastal lakes and bays of the Gulf of Mexico.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Small craft should exercise caution through early morning in the gulf
waters.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

A strong cold front will move through the coastal waters late
Thursday afternoon. Gale conditions are anticipated Friday with wind
gusts of 35 to 45 knots. Winds will gradually decrease into the
weekend as high pressure builds in.
