Cheyenne and southeastern Morrill Counties through 100 AM MDT...

At 1227 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Dalton, or 21 miles north of Sidney, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail.
