* Until 115 AM CDT.

* At 1012 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  torrential rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches 
  of rain have fallen. Rainfall rates in excess of 2 inches per hour 
  are occurring with thunderstorms moving across Crawford County 
  which will result in rapid runoff and flooding. Flash flooding is 
  ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
