At 1103 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
heavy rain are exiting the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches 
of rain have fallen with the bulk of the rain falling in an hour 
period. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
