This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Significant lightning risk.

DISCUSSION...

  A few stronger storms may still be possible tonight, however
  widespread severe weather chances have ended. The stronger
  storms may produce small hail and wind gusts up to 40 mph.

  In addition, heavy rain and frequent lightning will accompany
  the stronger storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Isolated thunderstorms will be possible on a daily basis through
early next week.

Heat index values will rise back into the upper 90s by the middle
of next week.
