SOUTHEASTERN DALLAS, SOUTHERN LACLEDE, NORTHERN WEBSTER AND NORTHERN
WRIGHT COUNTIES...
At 1025 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that the thunderstorms that
produced heavy rain across the warned area have moved south of the
area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain fell. Even though the heavy
rain has ended, runoff from the earlier heavy rain will continue
into the early overnight hours. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
