  Northwestern Lincoln County in central West Virginia...
  Northeastern Wayne County in western West Virginia...

* Until 645 PM EDT.

* At 609 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over
  Barboursville, or 7 miles southeast of Proctorville, moving east at
  30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Huntington, Nitro, Winfield, Proctorville, St. Albans, Hurricane,
  Barboursville, Milton, Eleanor, Ona, Culloden, Tornado, Teays
  Valley, West Hamlin, Bancroft, Salt Rock, Pea Ridge and Fraziers
  Bottom.

This includes Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 13
and 46.
