  Northern Wyoming County in southern West Virginia...

* Until 815 PM EDT.

* At 623 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 815 PM EDT THIS 
EVENING FOR NORTHERN WYOMING COUNTY...

At 730 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain had moved out of thew the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches 
of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches 
are possible as other showers and thunderstorms move into the warned 
area. Emergency management reported no Flash flooding was ongoing, 
but is still possible from runoff and rising streams.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
