* At 115 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.8 and 1.2 inches of
rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.75 to 1 inch in
30 minutes. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.2 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

At 230 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.0 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.
