* At 604 PM EDT, Flooding is ongoing over several roadways and also 
  affecting several homes in the warned area. Continued runoff over 
  saturated areas may cause additional water issues.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Clarksburg, Bridgeport, Shinnston, Stonewood, Nutter Fort, Salem, 
  Lumberport, Anmoore, Despard, Meadowbrook and Wolf Summit.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 PM EDT THIS EVENING FOR 
CENTRAL HARRISON COUNTY...

At 802 PM EDT, Heavy rainfall has ended although light to moderate 
rain is still occurring across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 2 
inches of rain have fallen. Minor flooding issues have been 
previously reported and may still be ongoing.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Clarksburg, Bridgeport, Shinnston, Stonewood, Nutter Fort, Salem, 
  Lumberport, Anmoore, Despard, Meadowbrook and Wolf Summit.

Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the 
warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are 
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded 
roads. Find an alternate route.
