...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southern Kent County
through 1030 AM EDT...

At 957 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Viola, or 11 miles southwest of Dover, moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.
