At 322 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Norris City to 7 miles west of Uniontown
to 6 miles south of Sturgis. Movement was northeast at 30 mph.

Pea size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Evansville, Henderson, Mount Vernon, Carmi, Morganfield, Sturgis,
New Harmony, and Dixon.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for
southern Illinois.
