At 723 PM CDT, Emergency management reported flash flooding in
several Norman city streets, including 24th and Alameda and Goddard
Street. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding
is already occurring.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
