flooding over southern Logan County with flood waters beginning to
threaten some homes and structures. Radar indicates that nearly 4
inches of rain have fallen from near Cashion to near Guthrie.
Flash flooding is ongoing. The threat will increase across
northern Oklahoma County within the next 1 to 2 hours.

agencies reported significant flash flooding across the warned area.
Up to 5.5 inches of rainfall has been measured in southwestern Logan
County. Multiple stalled vehicles have been reported in Edmond.

flash flooding.
