...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR NORTHERN MIAMI-DADE AND CENTRAL
BROWARD COUNTIES UNTIL 830 AM EST...

* At 742 AM EST, National Weather Service meteorologists were
  tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles
  southwest of East Toll Gate On Alligator Alley to 12 miles west of
  Intersection Krome And U.S. 27. Movement was northeast at 30 mph.

* Funnel clouds possible with these storms.

* Locations impacted include...
  Hialeah, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood, Miramar, Davie, Plantation,
  Sunrise, Tamarac, Miami Gardens, Weston, Miami Lakes, Cooper City,
  Hialeah Gardens, Opa-Locka, Medley, Royal Palm Ranches, Palm
  Springs North, Sunshine Acres, Country Club and Pennsuco.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

This activity was also developing in an environment favorable for the
formation of funnel clouds. Stay tuned to NOAA weather radio and
local media for additional updates and possible warnings.
