PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

* From early this morning to late this evening.
* At 4:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 22.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast. 
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early 
  this morning to a crest of 23.8 feet this morning. It will then 
  fall below flood stage late this afternoon.
* Impact...At 24.0 feet, Extensive agriculture flooding is 
  occurring. Access to low-lying areas restricted due to flood 
  waters covering secondary roads.
