...The National Weather Service in Midland/Odessa TX has issued a 
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Texas...

  Deep Creek 1W of Dunn affecting Scurry County.

For the Colorado River...including Colorado City 1WSW, Deep Creek 
Dunn 1W, Beals Creek Westbrook 11S...Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law 
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National 
Weather Service when you can do so safely.

  just after midnight tonight.
* Impact...At 14.0 feet, Low water channel banks overflow.  No 
  damage is expected.
