...The National Weather Service in Midland/Odessa TX has issued a 
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Texas...

  Deep Creek near Deep Creek Dunn 1W affecting Scurry County.

.Heavy rains last night have caused rapid rises in Deep Creek. It is 
expected to reach minor flood stage early this afternoon. This 
forecast could change if additional rainfall occurs in the watershed 
today.

For the Colorado River...including Deep Creek Dunn 1W...Minor 
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

  fall below flood stage this afternoon.
