...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FOR HEAVY RAINFALL THROUGH TUESDAY 
MORNING...

The National Weather Service in Midland/Odessa has issued a

* Flash Flood Watch for a portion of western Texas, including the 
  following areas, Borden, Crane, Dawson, Ector, Glasscock, Howard, 
  Martin, Midland, Mitchell, Reagan, Scurry and Upton.

* Through Tuesday morning.

* Heavy thunderstorms are expected to develop across the area 
  overnight. Some locations across the eastern Permian Basin 
  received very heavy rain already from storms Monday afternoon. 
  Storms overnight could cause more flash flooding on an already 
  saturated ground.

* A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
  to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action 
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
