* Until 645 AM CDT.

* At 342 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
  expected to begin shortly. Radar estimates upwards of 5 inches of 
  rain has fallen in northwest Scurry County over the past 3 hours.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as

MORNING FOR NORTHEASTERN BORDEN AND NORTHERN SCURRY COUNTIES...

At 445 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain in northwest Scurry County. Between 1 and 5.5 inches of rain 
have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
