  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
  expected to begin shortly. Radar indicates over 3 inches of rain 
  has fallen in western Glasscock County over the last hour.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

MORNING FOR EAST CENTRAL CRANE, NORTHWESTERN GLASSCOCK, SOUTHEASTERN 
MIDLAND AND NORTHWESTERN UPTON COUNTIES...

At 444 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain in western Upton County. Between 1 and 5 inches of rain have 
fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
