* At 454 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 
  1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen over the past hour to hour and 
  a half. Additional heavy rainfall is expected. As a result...flash 
  flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other

FOR EAST CENTRAL FAULKNER, NORTHERN LONOKE, WESTERN WHITE AND 
SOUTHEASTERN CLEBURNE COUNTIES...

At 601 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 
and 4 inches of rain have fallen over the past 2 hours. While the 
rainfall is beginning to taper off...run-off is expected to continue 
for some time. As a result...flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
