thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between
1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen over the past hour. With
additional heavy rainfall expected...flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

thunderstorms had produced heavy rain across the warned area.
Between 2 and 4 inches of rain had fallen over the past 2 hours.
While the rainfall has tapered off recently...it will take some time
for this water to run off. As a result...the threat for flash flood
will continue.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
