  Northern Hockley County in northwestern Texas...

* Until 915 PM CDT.
    
* At 850 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 5 miles northeast of Levelland, moving north at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

HOCKLEY COUNTY...
    
At 903 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado 
was located 8 miles north of Levelland and just west of Smyer, 
moving north at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.
