* At 1000 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
very heavy rain approaching the area around White River Lake and
Spur. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional
rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area.
Flash flooding is likely already occurring.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CDT TODAY FOR
SOUTHEASTERN CROSBY, SOUTHWESTERN DICKENS, NORTHEASTERN GARZA AND
NORTHWESTERN KENT COUNTIES...
At 1050 AM CDT, Doppler radar showed that the thunderstorm that
prompted the warning was moving more quickly north past White River
Lake and Spur. Rainfall in those locations was intense, producing
just about 1 inch in 20 minutes at Spur. More shower and
thunderstorms continued to push into the area from the south.
Indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area.
Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall
amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding
is already occurring.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
