  Armstrong, moving east at 45 mph.

At 1125 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Steffenville to near Shelbina to 7 miles south of
Madison, moving east at 55 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
